When creating a strong powdered look, or an on trend Ombre brow, shaders allow you to deposit the optimum amount of pigment in a controlled manner. Our shader features 19 needles in a tight - ideal for creating definition at the bottom edge of the brow using the stippling (point and flick) technique with ease.
